Senior Presentation Designer | Havas – New York City

Havas hosted its first-ever Havas Partner Day in NYC in 2023. The event aimed to foster collaboration with partners to deliver meaningful media experiences for clients.

  • Focus on collaboration and meaningful media experiences: The core message emphasized the importance of working together with partners to create impactful experiences for customers.

  • Partner Day presentations and speaker contributions: Attendees heard from key Havas leaders like Greg James and Yannick Bolloré, among others, who discussed the industry, market, and Havas' vision.

  • Recognition of key Havas personnel: The event served as a platform to recognize individuals like Diana Bernstein and Holly Dunn McManus for their contributions to strengthening partner relationships and driving data-driven activation. 

Havas Partner Day 2023 appears to be a significant event for Havas, marking their first dedicated gathering to strengthen relationships with partners and collaboratively shape the future of meaningful media experiences. 


Self-Led Brand Strategy & Execution

  • Initiative & Autonomy: In the absence of a provided brand book, I led independent visual research across Gen Digital’s public channels—website, press releases, social media, and campaign materials—to surface visual and tonal markers that defined their brand identity.

  • Brand Strategy Development: Using these insights, I designed a bespoke style framework tailored to Gen Digital, while subtly echoing the design language of WPP and MindShare. The system included custom color mapping, typography, iconography, and a layout grid that delivered consistency and sophistication.

  • Executive Story Framing: The template served as both design infrastructure and narrative blueprint—guiding executive presenters toward clear storylines while reinforcing credibility through polished, brand-authentic visuals.

  • End-to-End Ownership: Took full responsibility for research, design direction, and template rollout—diving deep into dual-brand histories to inform color palettes, icon libraries, and layout systems.

Design Innovation & Scalability

  • Custom Slide Ecosystem: Built over 55 layouts—from high-level summaries to in-depth ROI charts—each designed for rapid content updates without sacrificing aesthetic clarity.

  • Dynamic Placeholders: Developed plug-and-play placeholders for text, imagery, and graphics, enabling quick swaps and ensuring visual cohesion under tight deadlines.

  • Live-Edit Playbook: Authored a concise style reference and conducted hands-on demo sessions, arming junior designers with the tools and confidence to maintain brand integrity across future pitches.

Impact & Adoption

The bespoke template swiftly became the go-to toolkit for WPP Media’s New Business team. I collaborated with Growth Directors to ensure it was readily available for both the New Business team and junior designers—placing it in the shared drive for seamless access. By embedding ownership and relentless quality into every slide, I raised the bar for how our teams craft complex partnership stories and established a replicable standard for creative excellence across the organization.
