Overview

Within a one-week timeline, I led the creation of a vibrant, puzzle-inspired PowerPoint template for Colgate. This bespoke system was designed to support global teams across C-suite, marketing, finance, PR, content strategy, media planning, and data analytics—ensuring every user could deliver on-brand presentations with ease.


Challenge & Opportunity

Approach & Leadership

  1. Rapid Brand Research

    • Audited Colgate’s global assets—website, social media, product photography—to distill signature colors, typography, and visual cues.

  2. Team Coordination

    • Recruited and directed two junior designers to explore multiple color ideations, streamlining three rounds of concepts in parallel.

  3. Master Slide Engineering

    • Built the template from scratch in PowerPoint’s slide master, integrating puzzle-piece shapes as dynamic layout elements and vibrant accent bars.

  4. Brandline Guidelines

    • Authored concise usage instructions and best-practice notes, empowering global teams to maintain consistency as they customize content.

  5. Multitasking Execution

    • Balanced this urgent project alongside ongoing New Business deliverables, ensuring no compromise on quality or speed.
